Trilha was born from practice: more than 15 years building fundraising, donor relations, CRM and governance at national and international organizations. It exists to help civil society organizations realize the resource potential that already surrounds them.
Trilha was created to empower organizations that change lives. We are still driven by the same passion: seeing impact work gain the strength, the supporters and the resources it deserves.
More than a consultancy, we are a movement. We believe every organization has more resource potential around it than its structure can realize today, and that closing that gap is what turns good causes into lasting organizations.
We learned in practice that a fundraising problem is rarely only about fundraising. That's why we look at the whole organization: the governance that decides, the impact that convinces, the relationships that sustain, the people and processes that deliver, the data that guides. Every supporter, funder and partner deserves an experience worthy of the cause they chose to support.
We work as a network. Seasoned professionals who live fundraising from the inside form tailored teams for each challenge, from the first map to implementation.
And we use data honestly, bringing together public information, evidence and method so that each organization doesn't just follow trends, but leads its own path. That is why Trilha exists.
There's no such thing as a mature organization in the abstract: the right structure depends on what it wants to achieve.
Growing, diversifying or going international calls for different capacities.
Board, staff, processes and data work together; strengthening one part in isolation rarely changes the result.
Lasting fundraising grows out of deep relationships with supporters, funders and partners, not one-off transactions.
What doesn't appear in the sources still exists. We show what was observed and treat conclusions as hypotheses.
We only propose the next step once the previous one has delivered value.
For more than 15 years I've worked where resource mobilization meets organizational structure: fundraising, donors, stewardship, CRM and data, connected to governance, processes and execution.
I've led and built fundraising, donor development, project accountability and board engagement functions at highly complex national and international organizations. I learned that the revenue bottleneck is almost never just in fundraising.
At Trilha, that experience becomes support for leaders who need to realize the resource potential that already surrounds them, strengthening the capacities that determine how much of it turns into results.
